Objective :- Demonstrate the interest in other countries, the desire to make friends from another country and the knowledge about different world organisations
Have an elementary knowledge of the geography, history and the people of at least three countries other than his own.
Have corresponded with(Social Media accepted) regularly for not less than an year with a Scout from another country (either individually or as a part of a Troop link up)
Have some knowledge of the organisation and the activities of the WOSM and in particular the Asia Pacific Region
Have done at least two of the following :-
Camped or hiked at least two days with a Scout of another country. Produce records of this to the examiner
Visited another country and called on Scouts there, or attended a foreign Jamboree or a National Jamboree where foreign Scouts took part.
Have kept an album or scrap book for at least one year which depicts the national affairs, sports, culture and Scouting activities of the country where he has a foreign friend
Be able to teach the Scouts a song, and a game from that country
Know the main point of the United Nation’s Charter, the purpose and the basic structure of the UNO, the main principals of the declaration of Human Rights and be able to explain these in simple terms
